We Want To See Sustainable and Affordable Housing Become Essential in Building Better Communities

  • Offer relief for distressed individuals within our community.

  • Combat community deterioration through the acquisition of real estate in areas needing improvement or in need of affordable housing.

  • Provide affordable, safe, and sustainable housing opportunities for disadvantaged, low-to-moderate-income families that cannot afford decent housing.

  • Use converted waste plastics as a building block to build modular homes for homeownership in the community.

  • Provide financing support for home buyers at a reasonable price.

Our Programs to Benefit Our Communities

Affordable Housing

We offer affordable housing options for single mothers, veterans, seniors, people with disabilities, students, non-violent offenders, and others who have experienced critical life events.

We help low to moderate income individuals achieve the American dream of owning their own home.

We revitalize communities by providing affordable housing options to individuals and families in their greatest times of need.

Sustainable Housing

Our immediate goal is to use the Circular Housing Model to achieve simplicity and provide more housing to address the affordability crisis and the long term problem of plastic waste buildup.

We have long term, visionary goals of helping to eliminate waste in the US to create more affordable housing for our communities.

We want to see plastics UpCycled and ReUsed as the building blocks for modular homes.

Renovate and Refurbish Forgotten Homes

Our goal is to find communities in dire need of affordable housing. Once we are in a home or a neighborhood we do everything we can to ensure the housing standards are not only increased but, that the future homeowners can be secured through permanent housing options. The United States is facing a critical shortage of affordable housing and refurbishing existing homes is a quick way to immediately address this important concern.

Mobile Home and Mobile Home Parks

America is facing an affordable housing crisis. Mobile homes and mobile home parks offer some of the last places of refuge families can turn to the find housing they need. Our programs purchase mobile homes, accept mobile home donations, and work with existing mobile home parks to find permanent shelter for those facing critical life events. Our eventual goal is to help them own these properties and develop long term roots in our communities so that they can flourish.

 Our Founder | Eston Rogers

On a long enough timeline all of us experience tragedy. Eston is no different. After Eston lost his father to pancreatic cancer, he wanted to turn his pain into purpose and decided to do more to support cancer research, end plastic waste, and help others achieve their highest potential. Eston’s mother spent her life trying to help others and Eston sought opportunities where he could use his know-how and resources to do the same. He decided to use his real estate experience to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families purchase homes made of wasted plastics. This project is an opportunity to feed two birds with one grain. This allows him to help members of his community while also protecting the environment. The Housing for Cures Organization was established on April 15th, 2020 and since then they have been helping communities across the nation tackle the housing affordability crisis.
